CANCELLATIONS
Everyone can get quite busy from time to time, and we understand that special circumstances are unavoidable and a cancellation of your appointment may be necessary. If you do find yourself unable to keep an appointment, we kindly request 24 hours’ notice. This courtesy enables us to schedule another client in this time to help fill the allocated slot.
**However in the case of a PERMANENT MAKEUP/ COSMETIC TATTOOING appointment we require
at least 48 hours’ notice as larger allotments of time are much harder to fill.
If 24-48 hours notice isn’t given your deposit will be lost. If you simply do not show up ( No Show No Contact ), you will incur a fee equivalent to 60% of the booked appointment.
For treatments canceled on the day of booking (with no deposit placed) a fee of $100 will be incurred.

In regards to packages if a session of a prepaid package is not attended or is canceled the day of the booking,
50% of the cost of that session will be deducted from the package.
Please ensure you are on time for your appointment as a courtesy to the client that follows. If you are more than 10 minutes late, we cannot guarantee we will be able to complete your treatment for you. If your treatment is unable to be completed due to being late, the above cancellation policy will apply and deposit will be lost.
Any payment or deposit paid for your appointment is NON-REFUNDABLE.
As cancellations and ‘no shows’ have a significant impact on us, we need to enforce our cancellation policy and trust you understand our need to do so.
